Responsibilities The Lilly Media team is embarking on an exciting transition, pivoting to centralized media team that will provide purview of the portfolio championing impact and innovation. We are seeking experienced marketing professional responsible for assisting the Emerging Capabilities Consultant in enhancing the way we reach and engage with our customers. The pharma industry has unique challenges when it comes to embracing new technologies and providing a personalized and meaningful approach to reaching consumers. This role will help to break down barriers. This individual will be responsible for developing communication and guidance for Lilly’s emerging capabilities, developing process for new ways of working, and assist in the development of training for the organization.Collaborate with cross-functional teams including privacy, medical, legal and regulatory to obtain approval for new technologies and new tools.Work in partnership with internal groups and external parties to develop complex processes and supporting documentation for newer technologies to Lilly (i.e. social), as well as new ways of working.Distill complex processes into simple-to-understand documentation based on the audience. Shepherd new processes and technologies through governance and/or approval process. Maintain and communicate up-to-date records.Influence key stakeholders around the company to embrace new technologies.Stay on top of competitive trends to identify new opportunities Assist Director of Strategy & Operations and Emerging Capabilities with training and education roadmap for the organization.Support Director of Strategy & Operations and Emerging Capabilities Consultant with reoccurring and ad hock projects.
Basic Qualifications Bachelor’s degree, Communication or Marketing2+ years of media agency experienceQualified candidates must be legally authorized to be employed in the United States.
