SUMMARY OF THE JOB
The Licensed Mental Health Clinician delivers quality individual, family and group counseling services to patients and their families to determine short-term or long-term treatment needs and meet the patient’s social, emotional and psychological needs. Consistently performs in a manner that exemplifies Deaconess standards for customer relations and patient satisfaction.

Education and Experience
Master’s Degree or Doctoral Degree in Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, Clinical/Counseling Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy or related human service field.
License-eligible post-doctoral residents or doctoral-level ABD candidates in related fields may also be considered.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations
Current license in good standing issued by the Indiana Behavioral Health and Human Services Licensing Board as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT). Licensure by the Indiana State Psychology Board as a Psychologist or Health Service Provider in Psychology (HSPP) also acceptable.
